The Optimist Crosbie Cup will be held at the Lough Ree Yacht Club, Athlone, Co. Westmeath on Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th July  2012. The closing date for entries is 1st July. Late entries may be accepted (other than for the regatta fleet) at the organisers discretion.

Gold Fleet sailors (in both Senior and Junior divisions) are NOT ELIGIBLE to enter the Crosbie Cup. You can check your current rankings on the IODAI website. This means that this regatta provides a great opportunity for all of the silver fleet sailors, both senior and junior, to sail together as a single fleet.

To facilitate travelling families, registration is from 18:00 to 20:00 on Friday and from 09:00 to 11:30 on Saturday morning and the warning signal for the first race on Saturday is at 12:55. Briefing will be at 11:30 hrs and launching will commence immediately afterwards.
