Volvo Champion Club Trophy 20th August 2011 at Loch Tummel Sailing Club

Welcome to the 2011 RYA Scotland Volvo Champion Club Trophy minisite. 

The annual event run by RYA Scotland is this year being run in conjuntion with Loch Tummel Sailing Club and is a one day Training and Racing event aimed at giving novice and intermediate sailors an insight into the benefits of squad level training and the fun atmosphere created at inter club racing events.  

Competitors are invited to compete in the Optimist, Topper and Feva if they are under 16 as of 31st December 2011. Entry is only open to Non Scottish Squad Sailiors and is a bargin at £5 for a singlehander and £10 for a doublehander.

The event format will be a morning of race training by RYA Scotland Squad Coaches followed by a three race series in the afternoon.

Prizes will be awarded to the first three boats in each class; the first three boats in each class who are attending their first ever sailing event and the top performing club. We will also have a series of special prizes.
